Return Policy

Nathalina takes great pride in our merchandise. If you are truly unhappy with the item and would like to return it, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service at www.Nathalina.com. We will refund you the cost of the item only, not the shipping, and you will be responsible to ship it back to us.

Please contact us at info@Nathalina.com within 7 days of receiving an item and we will work with you. We will recommend the cheapest way to have your order returned. Depending on the item, UPS ground, Fed Ex ground, and First Class USPS are usually the cheapest. Please read the following terms in our policy:

  1.  The return items must be in brand-new condition, unused and unassembled. In other words, they must be in sale-able condition.
  2. Please note: natural variations including the color and grain variations on wood products, slight fraying on handmade products (such as our wood platter, handmade jewelry) are not considered defects.
  3. We want to get your feedback as to why you are returning the item. This will help us get the feel of what the general audience is looking for.
  4. We will need the tracking numbers to track your returned items. Without the tracking information, Nathalina is not responsible for the lost shipment(s).

For cash/credit refunds: you will need to return an item(s) to us within two weeks (14 days) of contacting us.

For store credit: you will need to return the item(s) within one month (30 days) for store credit. Store credit will be sent to you as a store Gift Card.
